Jack Douglas
Jack Douglas is a legendary GRAMMY Award winning music engineer and producer and one of the first graduates of New York’s famed Institute of Audio Research. Jack has worked with dozens of major artists as an engineer and producer and his ear is well respected throughout the music industry. Jack’s career began as an engineer on The Who’s, “Who’s Next” followed by John Lennon’s “Imagine”. He then began producing hit music for artists such as SuperTramp and Aerosmith including Aerosmiths “Toys In The Attic” and “Rocks” which are both included in Rolling Stone’s “500 Greatest Albums of all time”.
Ted Field
Media investor, Ted Field, co-founded Interscope Records in 1990. He currently is the Chairman & CEO of Radar Pictures, Inc. which develops, produces and finances feature-length motion pictures created for the global marketplace. Working with top talent in the motion picture industry for more than 25 years, his company is one of the most successful independent motion picture production companies in the industry and has produced more than 60 major motion pictures generating nearly $7 billion of revenues. Mr. Field was also the owner of Panavision, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of high-precision camera systems used in the motion picture and television industries.
Jason Flom
Mr. Flom is considered to be one of the most successful executives in the music industry, having served as Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Records, Virgin Records, Capitol Music Group and Lava Records. Mr. Flom’s astute ability to identify talent resulted in him signing and developing the careers of mega acts such as Twisted Sister, Stone Tempe Pilots, Tori Amos, Jewel, Hootie & The Blowfish, Collective Soul, Matchbox 20, Kid Rock, The Blue Man Group and many more. Additionally, while heading Capitol Music Group, Mr. Flom worked with rock superstars Lenny Kravitz, Coldplay and the Rolling Stones. He also signed KatyPerry and oversaw the recording of her debut album which has sold over 15 million albums and singles worldwide.
Ron Gillyard
GRAMMY award winner, Ron Gillyard is a highly respected music industry veteran who has experience in all aspects of the music industry.
Ron was formerly President of Urban Music at Interscope Records,m Head of Urban Music at Clive Davis’, J Records and General Manager of Bad Boy Entertainment and Motown.
Over the course of his career, Ron has worked with such artists as Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, Sean “Diddy” Combs, 50 Cent and Eminem.
Gillyard currently operates Gillyard Entertainment LLC, an L.A.-based entertainment management and consulting firm.
Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins
Mr. Jerkins is an eight time Grammy Award winning music producer/songwriter with a nearly unmatched discography, which includes Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Black Eyed Peas, Beyonce, Madonna, Brandy, Jennifer Lopez, Michael Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Keyshia Cole, Britney Spears, Cher, Janet Jackson, Destiny’s Child, Gwen Stefani, The Pussycat Dolls, N’Sync, Ludacris, Ciara and The Spice Girls. Mr. Jerkins is considered to be one of the most influential producers in the music industry. Allan Kaplan
Mr. Kaplan is a Director of Clearview Capital Partners. As a co-founder of three successful Internet infrastructure companies, he has extensive experience building and investing in companies focused on next-generation data communications and Internet infrastructure, services and software. Prior to co-founding Limelight Networks, Mr. Kaplan co-founded Entera, an innovative content distribution company acquired by CacheFlow in December 2000. He was also a founder of Primenet Services for the Internet, a nationwide ISP that merged with web hosting leader GlobalCenter in 1998. He also served as Vice President of Operations and member of the Board of Directors of Limelight Networks.

He is known for producing more hit singles for more artists than anyone in music history. His illustrious 35 year career has resulted in dozens of platinum and gold albums. The extensive list of artists he has produced include Barbra Streisand, Rod Steward, Ray Charles, Carley Simon, The Pointer Sisters, Tina Turner, Willie Nelson, Ringo Starr, Diana Ross, The Temptations, Neil Diamond, Fats Domino, Ella Fitzgerald and many others.
Diane Warren
Ms. Warren is considered to be the most prolific and successful contemporary songwriter of our time. Her songs have been nominated for six Golden Globes (two wins), six Academy Awards and nine Grammy Awards (one win). Ms. Warren has the honor of being named Billboard’s ”Songwriter of the Year” four times and being inducted into the Songwriters’ Hall of Fame. Charles Weber
Mr. Weber is an accomplished entertainment executive having served as Chief Executive Officer of George Lucas’ Lucasfilm Ltd. During his tenure at Lucasfilm, he was responsible for overseeing history-making films “The Empire Strikes Back” and “Raiders of the Lost Ark”. Mr. Weber also oversaw Lucasfilm subsidiaries’ Industrial Light & Magic (“ILM”) and THX audio products. ILM is considered to be the world’s leading visual effects company in the film industry, creating special effects imagery that has never been seen before. THX is recognized by audiences around the globe as the premier audio technology utilized in motion pictures.
Bret Zahn
Bret Zahn currently serves as Director and General Manager of ON Semiconductor in Phoenix, Arizona where he has P&L responsibility for divisions generating over $500 million in revenue. ON Semiconductor is one of the largest global semiconductor companies with annual revenues of $3 billion.
Mr. Zahn has held a number of senior positions in his career, including Vice President of Lifelock, a then $275 million company; Vice President at Hypercom, one of the world’s largest global providers of electronic payment systems with revenues at the time of $400 million; Vice President and General Manager at Amkor, a $3 billion revenue company that was a strategic manufacturing partner for over 200 of the world’s largest semiconductor and electronic OEMs; Vice President of ChipPAC, a $450 million revenue company that provided manufacturing assembly and test services for the semiconductor industry.
Bret has a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and Master’s Degrees in both Microelectronic Engineering and Business Administration (MBA).
